• From Google Play — subscription and purchase status passed back to the app upon verification.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely for the following purposes:

• App functionality — to record, display, and manage your match scores and history.
• Account management — to authenticate and maintain your account across devices.
• Subscriptions & features — to verify purchases and unlock paid features.
• App improvement — to diagnose crashes, analyze usage patterns, and improve performance.
• Support — to respond to your inquiries or bug reports.
• Legal compliance — to fulfil obligations under applicable law.

We do not use your data for targeted advertising or sell your data to third parties.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• Service providers — trusted third-party vendors (e.g., Firebase/Google) who operate under strict data processing agreements and are bound to confidentiality.

TT Buddy Pro integrates the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

These services may collect anonymized identifiers or usage metrics as described in their respective policies.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

• Account & match data — retained until you delete your account.
• Analytics & crash data — retained for up to 24 months in aggregated or anonymized form.
• Legal obligations — some data may be retained longer if required by law.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 12).

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability — request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Opt-out of analytics — you may opt out of analytics collection in the app settings.
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) may also have rights under GDPR. Users in California may have rights under CCPA/CPRA. We honor all applicable rights regardless of your region.

Children's Privacy

TT Buddy Pro is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at sarveshsp@duck.com. We will promptly delete such information upon verification.

Users between 13 and 18 should use the app only with parental or guardian consent.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
• Data at rest is protected using encryption provided by our cloud infrastructure (Firebase/Google Cloud).

International Data Transfers

TT Buddy Pro is developed in India. Our cloud infrastructure (Firebase) is operated by Google and may process data on servers located in various countries, including the United States.

By using the app, you consent to the transfer of your information to these servers. We ensure such transfers occur under appropriate safeguards (e.g., Google's Standard Contractual Clauses) consistent with applicable data protection laws.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Notify you via an in-app notice or email (where applicable) before the changes take effect.
